ABOUT MAP

MAP is governed by a Board of Members, some of whom represent local organisations. Each Parish Council covered by MAP is entitled to nominate a representative on the Board, and currently Larkfield, East Malling, Leybourne and Kings Hill do so. 

MAP is a Company limited by Guarantee, and there are four Directors.

The board meets two to four times a year to approve MAP accounts, authorise any applications for grants, and decide which community projects to support.

​

All Directors, Board Members, including the Treasurer, are volunteers.

Due to people moving away there are vacancies on the MAP Board for representatives from Addington, Birling, Mereworth, Offham, Ryarsh and Trottiscliffe.
